Join UNSW College as a Project Manager on the Illuminate ’28 Program Team

Play a key role in a new College-wide initiative to Illuminate collective progress. In this important position, you’ll work alongside a core program team on a calendar transition and related projects, collaborating with stakeholders across UNSW College and UNSW.

You’ll own projects and work streams end-to-end, applying your project management skills to design and deliver on scope, schedule, and budget with sound governance. From managing dependencies to driving timelines in an agile/hybrid environment, you’ll ensure successful outcomes that make a real difference.

You’ll be supported by an experienced leadership team and collaborative project services group that values innovation, adaptability, and teamwork.

• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, ideally within education or large, complex organisations.
• Advanced technical capabilities e.g. Microsoft, Atlassian
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, confident in working with people at all levels and reconciling diverse perspectives.
• Excellent documentation and reporting capability, able to capture insights and translate them into clear, actionable summaries.
• Adaptability in dynamic environments, with a proactive approach to managing work streams.
• Advanced communication skills, ensuring concise, clear and cohesive communication to a range of stakeholder groups.
• Respectful, collaborative and curious
• Experience with HRIS implementation is highly desirable
