Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Singapore for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include:
- Meet and guide customers through renovation requirements, quotations, design proposals, floor plans and material selection
- Advise clients throughout the entire design process, providing expert advice and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships between clients, suppliers and various stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure timely project progress
The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications- Singaporean Citizens only.
- Proven skills in project management, including planning, execution, and completion of projects within scope and budget.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Prior experience in the construction or interior design industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Malay is advantageous.
- $3000 base salary with high commission.
