Reporting to the Head of Procurement, this role drives business‑term negotiations, ensures seamless partnership with organizations such as Legal and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and delivers measurable value through risk‑adjusted, cost‑optimized agreements.
The Contracts Senior Manager balances commercial agility with rigorous compliance to enable Instacart's scalable growth.
- Develop and enforce procurement contract policies, playbooks, and templates in lockstep with our counterparts in orgs such as Legal, Third Party Risk (TPRM), Finance.
- Support KPIs (contract cycle time, compliance rates, etc) and present routine performance.ზად
