Director, Product Operations - Enterprise AI & Architecture

• Drive disciplined execution through exceptional organization, structure, and follow-through to turn conversations & plans into tangible outcomes
• Orchestrate organizational planning and priority-setting in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment and effective execution across teams.
• Lead with a hands‑on, organized approach that brings clarity, discipline, and momentum to complex initiatives - managing functional‑wide project planning and overseeing timely, on‑budget delivery by coordinating resources and mitigating risks.
• Analyze market and technology trends to inform strategy, while creating executive communications to drive clarity, buy‑in, and progress tracking.
• Implement clear structure and drive process improvements and KPI development to optimize operations, measure success, and identify areas for growth.
• Foster leadership alignment and a supportive culture through meeting facilitation, goal‑setting, recognition, and cross‑functional collaboration on key initiatives.
• This highly impactful and visible role is in support of the Enterprise AI & Architecture organization and responsible for driving strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and serving as a trusted advisor to the functional SVP leader in executing the team’s vision and running the daily team’s operations.

• 8 years of progressive experience, including 3 years in strategy, project/product management, product development, marketing, or operations.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, project management, and leadership, with strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and build consensus across organizational levels.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high‑performing teams while managing confidential information with senior executives.
• Product mindset proficiency focused on delivering customer value, iterative improvement, data‑driven decision‑making, and aligning business goals with user needs.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled productivity tools and platforms (e.g., enterprise copilots, workflow automation, or machine learning applications) and ability to drive adoption across teams.
