Compensation: £59,000 - £65,000 Depending on Experience + Benefits

• Leading commercial and contractual relationships with the Ministry of Defence.
• Representing the business in negotiations and ensuring compliance with governance processes.
• Providing expert advice on contract interpretation, negotiation, and risk mitigation.
• Managing and developing a commercial team to deliver strategic objectives.
• Identifying and mitigating business risks while spotting opportunities for growth.

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.

• Proven experience working with the Ministry of Defence and managing customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of single source contracting and commercial frameworks.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, dynamic environments.
• Track record of delivering robust commercial management on large, complex contracts.

• Degree in Business, Law, or equivalent professional experience.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
