Enrollment Manager
The Enrollment Manager plays a critical role in the success of EIM’s University Partnership (UP) Enrollment service line by leading and managing a team dedicated to driving student enrollment. This role serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned partner institutions and ensures growth through strong problem-solving, exceptional service, and student-centric best practices. Working collaboratively with Enrollment and University leaders, the ideal candidate will define workflows, set goals, monitor performance, and leverage data to inform decisions.
Strong leadership skills—including the ability to coach, develop, communicate expectations, and improve processes—are essential, along with the flexibility to operate effectively in a fast-growing organization.
This is a remote position.
Starting pay $75,000
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and supervise Enrollment Advisors through strategic direction, quality engagement standards, and personalized student advising to achieve enrollment goals.
- Coach and develop team members by providing targeted skills training, call coaching, and ongoing feedback to support KPI achievement and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, accreditation standards, and university partner policies by reinforcing expectations and monitoring adherence across team processes.
- Facilitate and manage tactical initiatives with University Partners by communicating expectations clearly and delivering a positive, solutions-oriented partnership experience.
- Evaluate and present performance data to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Monitor performance trends to inform decision-making and recommended changes.
- Define and manage workflows that support operational efficiency and enrollment growth, including setting goals, assigning responsibilities, and prioritizing tasks for teams and individuals.
- Problem-solve complex procedural or operational challenges while maintaining a professional and solution-focused approach, and improve processes as needed to enhance quality and outcomes.
- Delegate effectively by aligning tasks with team capabilities and workload distribution, ensuring smooth execution across the enrollment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, academics, operations) to ensure cohesive messaging and streamlined student experiences.
- Manage partner expectations by proactively addressing concerns, risks, or emerging issues.

- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Ability to travel, to support university partners and EIM initiatives, as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of admissions experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
