As a Operations Manager within PNC's Participated Servicing organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH;
Dallas, TX;
Houston, TX East Brunswick, NJ; or Pittsburgh, PA.

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home‑based workspace. Occasional in‑office participation may be required based on business needs.

As an Operations Manager, this role ensures daily operational excellence by verifying each morning that all core systems—including ACBS, Pinnacle, and internal portals—are functioning properly, while connecting with team members to assess workloads and address any immediate concerns. The position leads or participates in daily team huddles to review work reports, pending items, escalations, and other issues requiring attention. Throughout the day, the Operations Manager approves service requests through the portal, assists team members with past due items and account issues, and supports loan administrators in managing their portfolios.

This role also participates in leadership meetings, collaborates with technology partners on system enhancements and project implementations, and ensures all team certifications and training remain current. Additional responsibilities include monitoring audit controls and compliance items, maintaining and updating departmental procedures, and overseeing end‑of‑day processes to ensure work completion, accuracy, and control adherence while resolving outstanding escalations.

Success in this role requires strong Excel proficiency, general technical competency, and a willingness to learn ACBS; preferred experience includes general loan servicing, with a strong preference for syndicated loan expertise, as well as nice to have exposure to CLO/AMG operations and project management.

This position follows a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST schedule; however, flexibility is required, as manager level responsibilities may involve extended hours during month end, quarter end, year end, and in response to system issues. Weekend work is rare, though occasional weekend validations may be necessary.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.
