With a clear path to Director and beyond, you will play a key role in shaping the audit function and contributing to the strategic growth of the firm.

What you will do:

Lead a portfolio of complex audit engagements, ensuring delivery to the highest technical standards. Manage, mentor and develop a growing team of qualified and part-qualified staff. Build strong relationships with a diverse client base, providing advice and insights beyond audit. Support partners in practice development, client tendering and wider business initiatives. Take ownership of quality assurance and compliance processes. Play an active role in driving change, innovation and efficiencies across the audit department.

The Ideal Candidate :
Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA) with extensive post-qualification experience in audit. Current or recent experience at Senior Manager level within a reputable practice. Strong technical audit and accounting knowledge, with experience of managing complex assignments. Proven people leadership skills, with a track record of developing teams. Commercial acumen and the ability to spot opportunities for clients and the firm. Ambition and drive to progress to Director level and beyond.
