• Own enterprise collections performance for a portfolio of complex accounts, balancing cash outcomes with customer experience
• Lead and develop senior collections talent, including coaching and performance management
• Drive enterprise‑wide collections strategy aligned with organizational goals and translate strategy into clear team objectives
• Manage escalations and executive‑level customer communication with strong executive presence
• Partner cross‑functionally to resolve complex invoicing, contract, and payment issues

• 7–10+ years of experience in Order‑to‑Cash, Revenue Operations, Billing, or Shared Services
• 5–7+ years of supervisory/people management experience, including leading senior‑level individual contributors/managers
• Demonstrated ability to create organizational objectives and deliver results through others
• Multi‑disciplinary expertise across Order‑to‑Cash / Accounts Receivable, including enterprise collections and complex dispute management
• Proven ability to lead process optimization and automation initiatives

• Experience implementing or using Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) automation platforms such as High Radius, Growfin, or Tesorio
• Experience with SAP or Oracle
• Understanding of SAT (Mexican tax authority) regulations
