Your responsibilities

Ensure that daily departures align with network planning definitions and promptly address any discrepancies.
Manage authorization processes and maintain follow-up procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with authorities, operational partners, and suppliers to foster collaboration and resolve issues.
Act as the main point of contact for bus and door-to-gate partners.
Work closely with Customer Service to monitor the quality of service provided by partners and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze on-time performance and partner efficiency, proposing action plans and defining KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Implement measures to prevent service disruptions, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.
Organize and lead the onboarding process for new operational partners, ensuring seamless integration into the network.

What we are looking for

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation sector.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and implement action plans.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in using technologies and software relevant to operations management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
