Working HoursMonday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Portfolio DetailsManage 15 developments across Northampton, Oxford, Cambridge, and Coventry. Home based with site visits as required.
Key Responsibilities- Directly manage an allocated portfolio of developments, providing day‑to‑day property management service.
- Manage budgets and overall expenditure, producing forecasts and reports.
- Lead, engage and inspire through exceptional customer service.
- Drive performance and contribute to outstanding results.
- Oversee major works and carry out the Section 20 consultation process.
- Interpret policies, procedures, and relevant leasehold legislation. Provide consistent advice, demonstrating knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act, RICS and ARMA guidelines, regulations and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections, ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and have basic working knowledge of building maintenance systems.
- Build and establish relationships with clients.
- Be a TPI associate (or willing to obtain within first year).
- Support the team and build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and others.
Experience in residential property management and a desire to develop career with award‑winning managing agent.
