Your Role at a Glance:
As an Order Management Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading and mentoring teams in the Order Management group.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of CSRs, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Oversee daily operations by prioritizing workloads, balancing team capacity, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and business rules.
- Drive operational improvements focused on productivity, accuracy, turnaround time, and healthy queue management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, set team goals, manage engagement, and handle staffing decisions—including disciplinary actions when needed.
Your
Qualifications:
- 2+ years managing others in a customer /order management environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
Associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience considered. - Demonstrated aptitude and desire to lead people and improve processes
