Job Description
We are seeking a senior consultant to lead the Target Price Range (TPR) integration project and drive the organizational change management (OCM) process as part of the expanded SP&C mandate. This role is critical to ensuring the successful adoption of new processes across global, regional, and affiliate levels. It requires exceptional skills in senior stakeholder management, resilience in navigating a complex matrix environment, and the ability to establish best practices for long-term sustainability
Key Responsibilities- Co-lead the process / pricing tool implementation integration project, ensuring design, implementation, and alignment with the new pricing function mandate
- Drive organizational change management as a core responsibility, shaping communication, training, and adoption activities to ensure smooth transition
- Manage senior-level stakeholder engagement, including Pricing Squad, Commercial Enablement, IT teams, Dia Price, and other system owners
- Navigate complex organizational dependencies and competing priorities with resilience and focus
- Set and embed best practices for governance, communication, and process sustainability at global and regional levels
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful operational handover once stabilized
- Min. university degree or similar education
- Min. 5 years experience in project management and / or organizational change management, ideally linked to process or system transformation at a global scale
- Strong track record of senior stakeholder management within complex matrix organizations
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in driving large-scale change across diverse markets
- Ability to influence, align, and drive decision‑making across global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders
- Familiarity with pricing processes, commercial tools, or system integrations is an advantage
- Fluency in English
- Extensive knowledge of E2E integration process
- possesses extensive experience in project management and organizational change management, coupled with a proven history of managing senior stakeholders within intricate matrix organizations.
- This role demands demonstrated resilience and adaptability to spearhead large‑scale change initiatives across diverse markets.
- The ability to influence, align, and drive decision‑making among global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders is essential.
- Familiarity with pricing processes, commercial tools, or system integrations would be considered an asset
- Contract planned duration : 9 months (Contract Extension : very likely)
