What you can expect
  • You lead the Sales Managers Truck D‑A‑CH South both disciplinarily and professionally.
  • You coach your team, support their development, and steer overall performance.
  • You conduct target‑setting meetings as well as regular employee and feedback discussions.
  • You foster a performance‑driven, trustworthy, and collaborative team culture.
  • You implement the national sales strategy within your D‑A‑C‑H South region.
  • You manage and execute national and regional sales and product campaigns.
  • You actively focus on and prioritize key products (e.g., Fuel, Toll, Refund, TMS, Telematics, E‑Mobility).
  • You collaborate closely with Customer Service, Partner Consulting, and Sales Management.
  • You actively support strategic partner and customer meetings in your sales region.
  • You support the Sales Managers in complex offer, contract, and pricing negotiations.
  • You serve as the second point of contact for selected strategic key accounts in the region.
  • You participate in annual meetings and major customer projects.
  • You take responsibility for forecasts, pipeline management, and KPI reporting for your region.
  • You regularly monitor the market and competition and derive concrete measures.
  • You provide regular reporting to the Head of Sales Truck & Bus D‑A‑CH.
What makes you stand out
  • You have several years of experience in B2B field sales, ideally in the truck, transport, or logistics environment.
  • You bring proven leadership experience in sales, either directly or indirectly.
  • You demonstrate strong results orientation, strategic thinking, and decision‑making ability.
  • You have very good German and good English skills.
  • You are confident in using MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools.
  • You have a high digital affinity; experience with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is an advantage.
