- Define and optimize market structures and dealer coverage to enhance market penetration
- Establish and execute regional go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline conversion and sustained revenue growth
- Lead sales forecasting and performance management using KPIs to identify gaps and drive results
- Build and mentor high-performing sales teams through effective coaching and talent development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive sales and commercial leadership experience in automotive or dealer-driven industries
- Proven experience at a senior leadership level with responsibility for forecasting and performance management
- Strong understanding of automotive sales channels and dealer engagement principles
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present data and insights clearly
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- Certifications or advanced training in sales leadership, CRM platforms, or data-driven sales management
- Experience working directly with dealer networks and OEM partners
- Demonstrated success in managing performance through goal setting and KPI tracking
- Adaptable leader with a continuous-improvement mindset
