Position: Travel Staff Operations Manager - Events (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee training and uniform management for over 100 travel staff
  • Schedule and contract travel staff for domestic and international programs
  • Actively recruit new travel staff to enhance program effectiveness
  • Conduct post-program surveys and respond to staff concerns
  • Manage training development and conduct on-site training for staff
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience in lieu of education
  • Minimum of two years of experience in administration or human resources
  • Knowledge of logistics for business meetings and incentive programs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel extensively, potentially up to 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Five or more years of experience in travel staff management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive, self-starter attitude
