Travel Operations Manager - Events; Remote

• Oversee training, education, and uniforms for 100+ travel staff
• Schedule and contract travel staff for meetings and incentive programs
• Actively recruit new travel staff for hire
• Manage the uniform budget and oversee uniform orders
• Conduct performance reviews and respond to staff concerns post-program

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent extensive travel knowledge/experience
• Minimum of two years’ experience in administration or human resources
• Knowledge of logistics for business meetings and incentive programs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel extensively, potentially 50% of the time

• Five or more years of experience in travel staff management
• Strong computer skills as business needs require
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, self-starter attitude
