• Lead and develop the regional sales team, focusing on personnel development, client relationships, and sales productivity
• Implement high-quality sales output and drive continuous improvement through effective coaching and strategy development
• Track and enhance key performance metrics related to appointments and revenue generation
• Standardize processes to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team

• Minimum of 4+ years of sales leadership experience, specifically with BDRs and SDRs
• Proven experience in a dynamic and high-energy sales environment, preferably within a start-up
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, able to influence at various organizational levels
• Proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce

• Experience managing distributed work forces
• Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on overcoming challenges
• Ability to navigate and lead effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Experience in the real estate market or a related field
