Equitable is looking for a dynamic Dynamic Skills Lab team member to join our team! You will join a develop content and curricula aligned to three pillars: leadership development, business acumen and NWOW skills to selectively train and drive employee development with proprietary intellectual property.

In this role you will work 2-3 days per week in office and 2-3 days per week remotely.

Role Description

The successful candidate will join the Dynamic Skills Lab Team, one of several teams within the Innovation & Design Office. The mission of the Innovation and Design Office is to increase the metabolism of the enterprise by fundamentally changing the way we think, work and lead as an organization. This includes guiding and executing on Equitable’s end-to-end approach to learning, development, talent strategy, innovation strategy and process improvement leveraging Equitable’s New Ways of Working (NWOW).

The team will develop content and curricula aligned to three pillars: leadership development, business acumen and NWOW skills to selectively train and drive employee development with proprietary intellectual property.

The individual will partner with senior stakeholders to problem-solve, design and develop measurable and impactful data-driven solutions. To succeed in this role, the team member will need to be able to work independently but also collaborate with and lead others, thrive in an ambiguous environment and have a relentless focus on outcomes. They will be a builder with low-ego, energized by the challenges that come with creating new things.
