Voyager Access, Inc. is a growing access control and technology company serving hospitality and commercial clients across the U.S. We’re hiring an Operations Manager who wants real ownership of execution, people, and results.

This is a hands-on role. You will personally manage projects, handle customer escalations, and lead the operations team. This is not an oversight-only or purely strategic position.

• End-to-end execution from sales handoff through project completion, service, and financial closeout
• Direct project management on large or complex access control projects
• Final escalation ownership for customer and internal issues
• People leadership: setting expectations, checking work, and holding team members accountable
• Financial discipline: billing accuracy, WIP oversight, margin protection, and timely closeout
• Improving systems, processes, and team structure to support growth

• Access control, electronic security, low-voltage, or closely related industry experience
• Hands‑on project management experience (personally ran projects, not oversight-only)
• People management experience with direct reports
• Comfort managing project financials (billing, margins, closeout)
• Comfortable enforcing standards and addressing issues directly

• Customers are taken care of, even when issues arise
• Projects are managed actively, not reactively
• Billing is accurate, timely, and complete
• The operations team is clear, accountable, and effective
• Operations scale as the company grows

• Avoid conflict or difficult conversations
• Prefer consensus over clear decision‑making
• Feel drained by escalation, pressure, or urgency
• Want a purely strategic or oversight‑only role
• Prefer steady‑state environments over growth and change

Remote role based in the Midwest, Mid‑Atlantic, or Northeast U.S.

Travel approximately 2–3 times per quarter.

Full‑time, exempt position.
