Job Description

Sales Program Manager – Samsung Rewards is responsible for driving engagement, performance, and growth of Samsung’s rewards initiatives across Prime Communications retail operations. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between Prime Communications and Samsung, leveraging Samsung’s reporting dashboards, analytics, and operational tools to identify opportunities, optimize execution, and deliver measurable sales impact. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong executional mindset, capable of managing complex initiatives while ensuring measurable results across national sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Samsung Rewards program to drive participation, sales performance, and overall growth.
  • Monitor performance using Samsung’s dashboards and analytics tools to track results and identify opportunities.
  • Analyze data to find trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, then share insights with leadership and field teams.
  • Collaborate with Samsung and internal teams to align goals, incentives, and execution plans.
  • Support field teams with updates, best practices, and tools to improve program adoption and compliance.
  • Report on progress and create action plans to address performance challenges.
  • Continuously improve operations by simplifying processes and ensuring consistency across stores.
Qualifications (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
