SIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Senior Project Manager II (Master Scheduler) for the HI HAP/EDW DDI Project, a critical phase of delivering remaining deliverables and maintaining the customer relationship. This role is fully telecommute, with an office hour schedule of 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch) aligned with Central or Pacific time.
Interview Process: 3 rounds via video. The position is not technical; candidates will be evaluated on project management and scheduling skills.
Project Scope: The project involves overseeing detailed schedules for 10 work streams, coordinating with state resources, maintaining integrated schedules, ensuring compliance with federal standards, resource leveling, KPI calculations (CPI, SPI, BEI), managing deliverables and artifacts, risk/issue oversight, and leading ~25 standing meetings weekly.
- 5+ years of Microsoft Project experience – working with multiple project schedules.
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle.
- 2+ years experience with enterprise data warehouse solutions.
- 2+ years experience working with State Governments.
- PMP certification.
- PMI Project Scheduler certification.
- Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
- Healthcare Information Exchange, EDI, Healthcare Industry experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
- Proficiency with MS Visio.
