• Manage high-complexity projects and portfolios to ensure successful project delivery
• Employ project management discipline to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities
• Define project strategies consistent with the employer's mission, vision, and goals
• Evaluate completed projects against cost and time projections and conduct Lessons Learned processes
• Provide project management expertise and facilitation support to project team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of prior project management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent certification required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles preferred

• Master’s degree in project management
