Project Manager - Mission Critical

• Lead the end-to-end execution of complex mission-critical and data-center infrastructure projects
• Manage prime contractors and trades through complex, phased delivery
• Oversee technical and strategic procurement, including vendor qualification and contract execution
• Develop and maintain project charters, logistics plans, and integrated schedules
• Serve as the primary client and stakeholder interface, translating technical requirements into actionable plans

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 4-6 years of construction project management experience in data center or mission-critical environments
• Direct oversight of trade contractors in active construction settings
• Advanced proficiency with project management and financial management tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills

• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, CDCP®, or DCDC®
• Experience with design-build or accelerated schedule delivery models
• Familiarity with UPS systems, generators, and alternative cooling technologies
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems for 24/7 operations
• Demonstrated risk-management capabilities for complex technical and schedule challenges
