Senior Traffic & Revenue Project Manager

Position within the Transportation West Group in California. This kth hybrid remote/office role is available at CDM Smith's California locations including Carlsbad, Concordchap, Irvine, Los Angeles, Rancho Cucamonga, Sacramento, San Francisco, or Truckee.

As a member of this team, you will contribute to CDM Smith's success by Vk:

• Leading and managing all levels of traffic and revenue studies, from sketch to investment grade.
• Managing traffic & revenue projects for California and Western U.S. clients.
• Developing scope, budget, and schedules for transportation projects.
• Developing project assumptions and toll alternatives.
• Conducting offseason meetings with toll authority clients for business development purposes.
  
  Collaborating with client service leaders to create proposals in response to current and potential client requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Review Medina draft proposals for adherence to firm, industry, state, local, and federal regulations and best practices.
• Meeting with current and potential future clients to review
  
  Gold current and future traffic & revenue needs.
  
  Attending conferences and symposia to enhance the firm's visibility serviço
• Providing technical guidance and training to junior staff and mentoring for future growth.
• Supervising the work of junior planners and engineers on project work.
• Conducting quality analysis and quality control of key deliverables related to projects managed.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM, or DBIA certification required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list).
• Domestic and/or international travel redirect may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Bachelor's ys degree in transportation planning, transportation engineering, or civil engineering.
• PTP, AICP, and/or PE certifications.
• Project management experience consulting on traffic & revenue projects for public clients.

10 simple% travel required.

Minimum: $138,258, Maximum: $241,966.
