The role of General Manager is to lead all operations associated with the day to day running of Flint Town United FC by managing a small team across a range of activities ensuring targets are achieved resulting in the continued success of the club.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Operations – Manage and improve all aspects of the club in non footballing matters including administration duties.
• Financial Management – Develop new revenue opportunities with potential sponsors and ensuring long term financial sustainability of the club.
• Strategic planning – Generate and implement a five year strategy for the club. The General Manager will also drive innovations and improvements to practice and our interface with the community.
• PR and Marketing – Actively promote the ongoing development of the club through strategic marketing and communication with the local community.
• Compliance and Governance – Ensure the club complies with all FAW rules and regulations also implement effective governance practices within the club.

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to enable the club to meet all of its off field targets, manage the day to day activities and showcase the club in the local community. Ideally the candidate will have a football/business related degree or professional qualification.
