Position: Sales Manager- Full time -Remote

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent high performance and achieve both individual and team goals.
  • Identify new partnerships and business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Oversee key client relationships and manage high-level negotiations to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client insights to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to align sales objectives with overall company goals and operational plans.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and implement continuous improvement measures.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for management review.
  • Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant business regulations.
  • Represent the company in strategic meetings, trade events, and client presentations with professionalism and business acumen.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 25 years of proven experience.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to build and guide high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, persuasion and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM system
