Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Payroll Coordinator. If you are drawn to roles where the focus is to help others, have a keen attention to detail, and want to grow your payroll experience, this may be the role for you!
Candidates must be able to work in our office located in Kent, Washington, three days per week. We are not offering remote work or relocation assistance for this position.

Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Works with Payroll Manager on the complete payroll process from timesheet entry review to payment, including commission and bonus reporting.
- Collects the necessary documentation for accurate payments and withholding, while ensuring controls remain intact.
- Assists Payroll Manager with system development and implementation of systems, filing, and compliance requirements.
- Researches and troubleshoots issues, particularly paycheck discrepancies; PTO inquiries.
- Becomes a system expert of ADP Workforce Now; seeks ways to automate processes and enhance the end‑user experience.
- Manages the Payroll inbox for incoming requests from the field in a timely manner.
- Works with the Payroll Manager on timely calculations and withholding of garnishment and medical orders.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Customer service‑oriented—this is a must.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Intermediate skills in Excel.
- 3+ years of full‑cycle Payroll experience with multi‑state payroll experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience dealing with Human Resources matters preferred.
- ADP Workforce Now experience desired.
- Ability to problem‑solve and find resolutions.
- Ability to collaborate as a team player.
