Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex business initiatives that span multiple departments and require close coordination between business and technology teams. This role plays a critical part in driving cross‑functional alignment, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate is an experienced and diplomatic leader who can balance strategic business objectives with hands‑on project execution in a fast‑paced environment.

This role is fully remote.

• Oversee cross‑functional projects involving multiple business divisions such as IT, marketing, communications, product, compliance, and client operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across stakeholder groups.
• Partner with business sponsors to define project scope and objectives following portfolio charter review, establishing clear deliverables and milestone timelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, schedules, and progress reports while facilitating weekly meetings and check‑in sessions.
• Track progress against strict deadlines and proactively address issues or risks to maintain momentum, demonstrating the ability to influence and drive accountability.
• Manage project communication and stakeholder expectations, ensuring consistent visibility into goals, challenges, and progress.
• Collaborate with IT Project Managers to align technical and business deliverables, integrating systems knowledge where necessary.
• Apply change management and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
• Utilize MS Project and related tools to manage timelines, dependencies, and reporting metrics.
• Uphold project governance standards and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing business and/or technology projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong background in leading cross‑functional teams across business and technical disciplines.
• PMP certification preferred; demonstrated mastery of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in MS Project required; experience with additional collaboration tools (e.g., Visio, PowerPoint) strongly preferred.
• Insurance industry experience or domain knowledge is highly desirable.
• Exceptional documentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to balance diplomacy with assertiveness to keep projects on track and meet critical milestones.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
