- Lead complex public safety application projects, including Computer-Aided Dispatch and Records Management
- Direct the work activities of the project team across various organizational boundaries
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external teams
- Establish and execute project budgets, schedules, and quality plans
- Create and present project status reports while identifying process improvements
- High School diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree, plus Project Management experience in relevant fields
- PMP certification required
- Ability to obtain a background clearance as mandated by government customers
- Proven experience in managing projects across diverse teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in public safety or similar technology sectors
- Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Previous involvement in customer negotiations and contract evaluations
- Skills in creating system integration quotations and statements of work
