• Lead and manage the deployment of complex public safety solutions across various jurisdictions
• Direct the work activities of project teams and facilitate cross-organizational collaboration
• Establish and maintain communication plans with project teams and customers
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality plans while ensuring profitability
• Participate in pre-contract evaluations and customer negotiations

• High School diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree with Project Management experience in relevant fields
• PMP certification is required
• Ability to obtain background clearance as mandated by government customers
• Experience managing large-scale projects in public safety applications
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide project teams

• Experience with Computer‑Aided Dispatch, Mobile Computing, Records Management, and Jail Management systems
• Proven track record in establishing strategic relationships with internal and external teams
• Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation planning in project management
• Experience in presenting project status reports to stakeholders
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and resolve conflicts
