Project Manager; West Coast Region - US Remote

• Lead and manage complex public safety application projects (CAD/Mobile/Records/Jail)
• Guide and mentor a diverse project team across various disciplines
• Foster strategic relationships with internal and external teams
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality plans
• Present project status reports and results, while implementing process improvements

• High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree with Project Management experience in relevant fields
• PMP certification
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
• Proven experience managing deployments in public safety solutions
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience in managing large-scale public safety projects
• Familiarity with Computer-Aided Dispatch and Records Management Systems
• Background in working with government contracts and negotiations
• Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Prior experience in a remote work environment
