Up to £50,000 plus £4,500 car allowance Overview A leading residential property management company is looking to appoint an experienced Home Based Block Manager to manage a portfolio of high risk and complex buildings across London. This is a senior role suited to someone with proven experience in HRB and complex block management who is confident working independently while delivering a high standard of service to clients and residents.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of large and complex residential developments, working closely with internal compliance, building safety and finance teams to ensure all legal, safety and service obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of HRB and complex residential blocks across London Acting as the main point of contact for clients, residents and key stakeholders Overseeing building safety, fire safety and regulatory compliance Managing major works, contractors and long term maintenance programmes Setting and controlling service charge budgets and expenditure Attending meetings, including AGMs and client meetings Working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery About You Proven experience managing HRB and complex residential blocks Strong understanding of building safety, fire safety and compliance requirements Confident managing major works and large service charge budgets Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Able to work autonomously in a home based role What is on Offer Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience £4,500 car allowance Home based working with site visits across London Support from a well established and professional organisation Opportunity to manage a high quality, complex portfolio If you are an experienced Block Manager with strong HRB and complex building experience and are looking for a home based role with an attractive package, we would like to hear from you.
