Reporting to the Senior Commercial Strategy Manager, thrills you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic category growth initiatives, combining new business acquisition with high‑value partnership development. You will be driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strategic alliances to deliver sustainable competitive advantage.

Interview

Your interview will consist of competency‑based questions, and a chat about your experience, knowledge of Screwfix and the role you’ve applied for. Interviews may be held on the phone or over video chat, followed by a visit to store to meet the team.
