As a Director, Corporate Strategy reporting to VP, Head of Transformation Office, you’ll play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that fundamentally transform how Nasdaq operates.

You will partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact programs that shape the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and performance metrics to drive accountability and progress.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risk and maximize adoption.
  • Partner with stakeholders across time zones and functions

    ITTLE to ensure seamless integration and a positive culture for change.
  • Coach and support teams to build capabilities, foster engagement, and sustain momentum throughout the transformation journey.
  • Draft and deliver executive‑ready updates and communications on initiative progress.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience leading large‑scale transformation or change management programs in complex environments.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proven track record of delivering solutions to complex challenges.
  • Prolass in program management methodologies and change management frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, PMP, etc.).
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with working across global teams and navigating cultural dynamics.

The base pay range for this role is $134,000 – $248,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short‑term incentive), and equity (long‑term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job‑related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
