The Commercial Programme Management team ensures vendor programmes align with strategic goals, deliver value to customers, and positively impact Softcat through robust governance and quality execution. They manage resources, risks, and finances while driving continuous improvement and innovation across major initiatives such as investment agreements, funding, partner competencies, and the Softcat Vendor Framework. The team is made up of 10 individuals that are based across several of our UK office locations.

Drive success in optimizing Microsoft programmesThe Microsoft Programme Senior Executive will support antaa programme utilisation and act as a bridge between Executive and Manager roles, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery, risk management, and reporting. You’ll become a subject matter expert on Microsoft programmes, advising on specialisations and driving process improvements for simplicity, scalability, and alignment with Microsoft goals.
As a Microsoft Programme Senior Executive, you’ll be responsible for:- Evaluating benefits, risks, and suitability of Microsoft programmes, prioritising for target customers and aligning with Softcat teams
- Collaborating with stakeholders by providing performance reports, supporting sales with processes, and contributing insights at QBRs
- Ensuring governance and best practice in programme execution, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and financial tracking
- Delivering regular status, risk, and profitability reports to leadership, exploring automation tools like Power Platform
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying gaps, recommending enhancements, and simplifying processes for scalability
- Preparing and collating Proof of Execution ( وق) for strategic investment claims on a quarterly basis
- Previous experience in a technology sales environment and knowledge of project or programme management is desirable
- Strong analytical ability to assess programme performance and identify improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic mindset with understanding of risk, resource allocation, and commercial priorities
- Commitment to driving continuous improvement and innovation
