In this critical role, you will drive the planning and delivery of strategic programs within the Medicare line of business. Your leadership will ensure the successful execution of large-scale projects, providing direction to cross-functional teams and maintaining alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

You will create and present updates to executive stakeholders while enhancing program efficiency and effectiveness.

• Lead large scale, cross functional projects for implementation or process improvement.
• Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Create meaningful dashboards for executive level updates and project status.
• Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees to the Executive team.
• Proactively manage project risks, budget/forecasts, and dependencies.
• Act as the first escalation point for project issues and risks, resolving them effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools.
• Healthcare and managed care experience preferred.
• Previous lead experience managing cross-functional teams on large scale projects.
