Manager, Training & Collections AFM | Remote

The Role:

AFM is seeking a Training and Collections Manager to lead, manage, and take full accountability for new hire training, ongoing employee development, and the performance of the collections team. This is a hybrid role that involves conducting new hire training, overseeing file management, auditing portfolios, evaluating collection call recordings, overseeing ongoing employee development, and ensuring assigned accounts are worked in alignment with AFM’s collection strategy and client expectations.

The Training and Collections Manager will also be responsible for team training and development, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance standards. This position reports directly to AFM’s Senior Vice President of Operations, Al Rossman.

Requirements:
  • Experience conducting new hire training classes and ongoing employee development
  • Ability to manage a team of collectors and achieve assigned revenue goals
  • Must develop and document professional training curriculum and materials
  • Understanding of core collection KPI’s and actions necessary to impact results
