* Summary:

*** Responsible for establishing and overseeing the operating model and governance methodology for a comprehensive program to identify, assess, monitor, control and manage technical recovery risk for all IT and Business-supported applications enterprise wide. Lead our Technical Recovery and Business Continuity planning functions to minimize any disruption to our customers and colleagues should any impacting event arise.

* Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans
* Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses
* Coordinate incident response and crisis management activities
* Ensure organizational compliance with resiliency standards and regulations
* Oversee training and awareness programs for business continuity
* Monitor and test recovery procedures and plans regularly
* Collaborate with departments to ensure integration of resiliency into business processes
* Lead the development and maintenance of continuity policies and procedures
* Provide leadership during real-time incident management and recovery efforts
* Prepare and present enterprise resiliency reports to senior management
* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Basic Qualifications:
