Landscaping Installation Project Manager at Confidential Client Company
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with strong project management skills, a background in landscape construction, and a commitment to quality and client satisfaction. This position offers some flexibility for remote work and remote field work with work in-office as needed. This position comes with an annual salary of $85,000 - $150,000 depending on experience, as well as benefits which include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), profit sharing, sick leave, PTO, and a company vehicle.

- Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
- A demonstrated proficiency with composing professional emails to clients illir"li>
- A demonstrated experience with landscape estimating
- Experience managing, directing and overseeing subcontractors and maintaining strong professional ਸਾਹ relationships with subcontractors/chuck
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Manage landscape installation projects from start to finish Coordinate with designers, clients, field supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards
- Track budgets, costs, and change orders
- Conduct site visits and oversee quality control िस्ति्ल
- Serve as the primary client contact during construction
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
