Wood is looking for an experienced Operations & Maintenance Lead with direct experience of managing, coordinating or supporting maintenance delivery for heavy assets, particularly in a upstream, midstream or downstream oil & gas context.
This is a staff role based in Aberdeen and hybrid working with the expectation of working 3 days from our Aberdeen office.

The RoleYou will be responsible for coordinating a global delivery team across the Operations & Consulting Business Units within Wood.
Our Clients and Projects Designing the future. Transforming the worldOptimised Energy provides operational maintenance advisory and asset management support to Wood's customers across the operations lifecycle. This consists of:
- Embedding skilled advisors within client organisations
- Co-ordinating strategic work
- Analysing and improving asset performance
- Providing artificial intelligence-accelerated services such as maint
AI, Performance Optics & safetyAI
- Meaningful and interesting projects delivered to leaders of industry across renewables and emerging energy sectors
