Project Manager, Markets Program Execution - Assistant Vice President

The Program Execution team manages strategic transformation programs within the Markets Business. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to change initiatives across the organization, working with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams globally.

• Support the end‑to‑end delivery of projects, managing timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Work closely with business, risk, operations, and technology partners to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
• Track project status, risks, and issues, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Assist with business readiness activities, including training, communications, and UAT coordination.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and auditable, maintaining project plans and risk logs.

• Relevant industry experience in project management or a similar role within financial services.
• Foundational understanding of capital markets and risk management principles.
• Experience with projects impacting control structures within an organization.
• Basic understanding of trading products (e.g., Fixed Income, Equity, Currencies & Commodities) or securities services.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
