Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning, you will have the unique perspective of having end-to-end visibility across our business and our business planning processes. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing a robust process framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational efficiency enhancement. You have a global vision in process creation, implementation and business integration.

This role is well suited to someone with strong S&OP implementation experience within a global environment and is able to excel in creating structure from ambiguity and driving transformative change.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

The Supply Chain team at Arc’teryx is responsible for end-to-end supply chain including:
Sourcing (raw material and finished goods), Product Creation, Arc’One Manufacturing and Distribution, Quality Management, Planning and Sustainability. We also play a key liaison into the Amer Sports group on setting supply chain best practices that can be leveraged across brand where pertinent.

• Spearheading the development, execution and ongoing refinement of processes, with a focus on optimizing our retail business operations.
• Building, coaching, and guiding a high performing team of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) analysts to drive the development and execution of process improvements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and enhancing operational efficiency across global operations
• Creating and maintaining a comprehensive S&OP process roadmap ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization
• Partnering with cross functional partners to develop and assure adherence to the processes
• Utilizing S&OP to focus and lead projects on key areas of the business identified by cross functional teams as needed to improve the business
• Develop X strategies and processes, establishing metrics and handover plans to business partners to manage business
• Establishing and delivering an executive S&OP review while ensuring a monthly S&OP reviews and S&OP packets cadence
• Educating the business and business partners on S&OP processes and the value of S&OP
• Establishing and documenting meaningful KPI’s and KPI definitions to facilitate S&OP processes across organization
• Developing and implementing a global X vision, process and roadmap for the Arc’Teryx brand.
• Creating executive level visibility of key S&OP X metrics presenting them on a global and regional with brand CDR and regional leadership teams
• Defining and adapting key organizational processes to enhance visibility and or our monthly/quarterly and annual business plan

• You have a degree in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• You have 8+ years experience in a related role, within a global organization
• You have strong working knowledge of S&OP with implementation experience
• You have proven people management skills; you set a clear vision, align your team around common objectives, and foster commitment to these objectives
