- Supervise the day-to-day operational activities of a skilled team within a designated department
- Conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback in consultation with management
- Make hiring recommendations and assist with personnel management and goal setting
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management
- Implement and enforce processes to ensure compliance and quality in operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of directly related experience in an operational role
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Successful track record in executing operational responsibilities and completing projects
- Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at the departmental level
- Experience in the mortgage servicing industry
- Proven ability to participate in and develop projects within the area of expertise
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to provide reliable information to team members
