My client is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join their team for 12 months. This Manager will play a vital role in leading the team through various projects and must be a strong leader with prior experience guiding a company through change. The role is remote with occasional travel to the Cambridgeshire office. The client is offering c £80k and hybrid work.

• Replacing the current ERP system while managing internal and external relationships.
• Developing the TMS system and other solutions across the treasury function to improve efficiencies and maintain control.
• Leading the scoping process for a new TMS system, partnering with procurement to find an efficient solution.

• Leading the day‑to‑day relationship with the banks.
• Managing the Treasury team and ensuring all transactions are processed accurately.
• Partnering with commercial operations to provide insights and advice on managing FX and commodity price risk.
• Implementing strong frameworks across treasury and commercial operations to mitigate risk.
• Owning the disaster recovery process and conducting appropriate testing.

• Qualified accountant, ideally with an ACT qualification (not essential).
• Proven track record of managing a team and driving change while remaining hands‑on.
• Experience with scoping for TMS systems and implementing system solutions, ideally with SAP.
