Position Overview

A Commercial Contracts Manager is urgently required for a company that offers every other Friday off! This exciting new job has arisen for a Commercial Contracts Manager, that can be based remotely anywhere in the UK, to work for a leading design and manufacturing organisation supplying the aerospace, space & defence sectors.

The remote Commercial Contracts Manager will be responsible for leading the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts with the likes of government agencies, defence primes and international partners.

• Interpreting and implementing complex contracts ensuring compliance to defence frameworks such as MOD / FAR / DFARS and ITAR / EAR regulations.
• Provide commercial input to bid and proposal processes, with appreciation to risk, competitiveness and legal frameworks.
• Proven background in managing government and international defence contracts.
