As a Group Category Manager for Marketing, you’ll help deliver by driving sustainable value across our marketing spend. You’ll lead pan‑European category strategies that enable innovation, efficiency and responsible sourcing – ensuring our banners have the tools to inspire customers and create better homes.
Responsibilities- Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all Kingfisher banners.
- Analyse spend, budgets, supplier performance and market trends to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and implement category strategies that deliver cost savings, sustainability and risk mitigation.
- Lead sourcing projects using Kingfisher’s tools and processes, ensuring clarity of scope and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Kingfisher governance, policies and Code of Conduct.
- Proven experience in marketing services procurement across multiple markets.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing international suppliers.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Driven and motivated to deliver against targets.
- Detail‑oriented with strong project‑management capabilities.
- Flexible and resilient, able to adapt to changing needs.
