Project Manager – SaaS (work from home)
Salary:
Up to £50,000, plus commensurate with experience.
Working type:
Work from home.
Location:
West Yorkshire (remote).

Our client provides a cloud-based employee health platform.
Job purpose:
To project manage a range of small, medium and large complex projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring delivery on track and within budget. Projects include client implementations, business change and product development.
- End‑to‑end project management of complex projects from initiation through to closure.
- Work with the Account Manager/CEO/Programme Manager to set project scope, delivery scales and financial costings.
- Build and maintain an up‑to‑date project plan agreed with the client and lead technical delivery consultant.
- Resource the project efficiently, taking into account capacity and skills.
- Monitor daily delivery progress to ensure the project is completed on time, within scope and on budget; escalated any risks or issues to the Programme Manager.
- Manage client expectations and communicate any impacts of scope changes, risks and issues.
- Follow the change request process for any project changes.
- Prepare weekly status reports to provide the Programme Manager with a temperature check on project delivery.
- Ensure projects are invoiced monthly as required.
- Adhere to all company processes, including gated project management procedures.
- Experience managing client‑facing projects end‑to‑end.
- Strong background in managing complex projects.
- Experience of both agile and waterfall project management methods.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Confidence to communicate, negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to build rapport with others.
- Resilient and calm under pressure, with diligence and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and contribute to a highly efficient team.
- PRINCE2 or equivalent is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with Celoxis Project Management tool is advantageous but not essential.
