Finance Senior Manager

Location: Via Milano

We are seeking a Finance Senior Manager Italy to lead the Finance team of Bolton Food’s Italian Market perimeter. This is a critical and highly visible role, acting as the key business partner for business leaders and a central pillar in supporting strategic decision-making.
How you make the difference
The Finance Manager is primarily responsible for managing the P&L of the Italian market perimeter, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with corporate policies, and providing strategic support to achieve business objectives.
How your agenda looks like

Manage the legal entity P&L and analyze the financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor and optimize overhead and operational expenses at local level.
Implement robust control processes to ensure efficiency and transparency.
Prepare budgets and forecasts analysis.
Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to the GM, CFO and Leadership Team.
Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to support strategic decisions.
Provide financial insights to drive growth and cost optimization initiatives.

Your team:
In this role you will report directly to the GM Italy, functionally to CFO of Bolton Food, ensuring strong visibility, strategic alignment and direct influence on high-impact decisions at local level.
What makes you a great fit

Degree in Economics or related fields;
Minimum 7/8 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in FMCG or multinational environments.
Advanced analytical skills; strong Excel proficiency;
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP 4/HANA);
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Precision, proactivity, and problem-solving;
Fluency in English is mandatory;
