- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, and risk management strategies
- Drive client engagement and relationship management during project life cycles
- Analyze project performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales or project management experience required
- Experience in the waterworks or water treatment plant industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Trilogy and Bid Tracer software
- Proven track record of fostering a collaborative team environment
